On 16 September 2023 El Paso Holy Royal Arch Chapter No. 90 held the Annual Franck R. Bonhomme banquet. The banquet was a celebration of his life and also was true to the root cause of the establish of the RAC 90 banquet which was to recognize the hard work the Companions and volunteers from the community had provided. The banquet also recognized the youth who had performed outstanding in either academics, community service, or athletics during the past year. We would like to thank Deputy for the Orient of Texas, Elvis Irby, for being in attendance along with Past Grand High Priest-Emeritus, Willie Tate, who was the guest speaker.
